Changes & Returns Policy

In Estel Collection we give priority to your full satisfaction on the clothes you have bought. If for any reason your purchase has not satisfied you or your clothes show problems, you can change them with the same or others of similar value.

The general terms of the changes & returns policy followed are the following:

  • Changes can be madewithin 10 days of the purchase date, by presenting the purchase receipt or change card and in the current price of the product.
  • The product returned must be in perfect condition, in its package, with all the labels on, and with no signs of alterations or deterioration.
  • Changes can not be made on special offers products or during salesperiod.
  • It is recommended to return the product to the point of sale it was purchased from. In the casethe products were not purchased from an exclusive ESTEL shop, but from one of the co-operating shops, please communicate directly with the shop, the purchase was made from, to be informed on its own changes & returns policy.
